  1. WHY DO THE PRODUCTS TAKE 15-30 DAYS TO GET?

We at Chrismania Store believe that it is possible to provide quality, original and competitively priced products on the market. To achieve this, however, we chose to work with extremely competitive price products made in the United States, China or Europe. So, when a new order is made in our store, we send the request to the industry and they ship direct to your residence.

 

  1. DO ALL ORDERS HAVE TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes. We hold on to transparency and therefore all products are shipped with internationally valid tracking codes. Our suppliers (industries that manufacture the products) ask for 5 to 7 business days to send the tracking number. If you have not received it after this period, just contact us via email, sales@chrismania.com, with your order number (something like # 1234) and we will give you a return.

 

  1. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PRODUCT UP TO 30 DAYS?

Just send an email to: sales@chrismania.com that we will verify the order status and, if this delay is confirmed, the order will be returned IMMEDIATELY or, if the customer prefers, we will send a new product.
